Klara is a senior researcher and results-driven project coordinator passionate about bringing people, ideas, and knowledge together. Her work focuses on community engagement and participation, strategic communication and education, and social innovation, with a particular interest in agroecology in urban and rural settings.
She has coordinated several EU-funded projects, including EdiCitNet and ecoFABULAnds, and has led a wide range of dissemination activities, from MOOCs and podcasts to public events and community engagement formats.
Beyond her professional work, Klara is a mum and an enthusiastic (klein)gardener, and a guardian of her Eastern European heritage. Since moving to Berlin in 2017, she has enjoyed discovering—and making the most of—the many ecosystem services her adopted hometown has to offer. She is particularly interested in how people and communities can become more resilient while strengthening their connections with each other and with the nature around them.
